WiFi issues affected my business calls.

The staff were affable, welcoming.

The room was big and absolutely perfect with balconies & views and the staff was very amiable. The facilities were good.

I had an amazing stay! The view from my room was amazing, and the pool area was fantastic. Only downside, the towels weren't as fresh as I hoped.

great way to end our trip. hip new hotel in a busy area adjacent to downtown/business bay, and the burj kalifa and dubai mall. absolutely perfect, exceptional room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. nice views all around. exceptionally nice and perfect location, 15 minutes' walk to a massive fountain.

Make sure to download a taxi app for easy transportation as hailing a taxi directly from the hotel can be challenging.

Everything was good, the service was very good! The deluxe apartment was exceptional and absolutely perfect, perfect for my needs. A bath in the nice bathroom was super awesome. The staff were really helpful all the time. Its location was excellent, near coffee shops. Local fast food option The Backyard was 5 minutes walk away.

I stayed in a spacious and well-designed one-bedroom apartment with amazing views of the Burj Khalifa. The pool area was fantastic, perfect for cooling down! The friendly staff provided great service, even helping us with luggage after check-out. Check-in took an unexpected 30 minutes which was a bit frustrating.

It offers unbeatable, excellent location.

A good space with a view

The room offered a fine balcony view, especially during sunset. The ambiance in the common areas was vibrant, upgraded with the good Brew Bros coffee shop that became my favorite spot.

Unfortunately, I dealt with persistent issues with the bathroom, including leaks that took multiple visits from maintenance before they were resolved. The lack of complimentary coffee in the room was disappointing.

The views from our balcony were just fine, especially at night with the Burj Khalifa lit up! Loved the fact that we had a convenience store right downstairs-made everything so easy!

Only downside, the check-out time was a bit earlier than I expected, so plan your day around that.

Not far from here is the iconic Dubai Mall, perfect for a day of shopping and entertainment. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the friendly staff ensure a warm and welcoming stay. With comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities, it's the ideal place to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

The studio apartment offered a fine view from the balcony, ideal for enjoying the cityscape. The layout provided ample space.

Accessing different floors with the room key posed a challenge, especially when traveling with families scattered across various floors. Room cleanliness was subpar. Dust accumulated in several spots, and the presence of pests marred the experience significantly. The late checkout situation was poorly handled, resulting in unexpected interruptions .
